Terms and Conditions

  • Ride Tours strongly recommend that travellers have their own travel insurance policy. Ride will not be responsible for any injuries, loss of luggage/ personal items, or anything unforeseen whilst on tour.
  • Ride also reserves the right to cancel tours at any time. If this occurs, travellers will be given a full refund and helped on to another tour.
  • If a passenger wants to change the dates of their booking, then we will do our best to accommodate the request, if sufficient time is given. This will be a free service. However, there are to be no changes on the week of your booked tour.
  • Please allow time to receive confirmation of booking receipt by e-mail. Your booking is recorded straight away, so your tour spot is held, but if I am out on tour, I may not reply until the end of the day.
